    Hi Oli
    I wasn’t too sure what this video was about, would you be able to clear this up for me in another video maybe?…what i am trying to say is i didn’t really understand any of your mouth words. Are setbacks a new type of exercise we must be doing in the gym? Keep up the blogging tho…it’s good…you remind me of a young talented athlete and ultrapreneur, Ashley Dalton.

    Thanks for the comments Ed, I might try and do another video and explain if you had trouble with that one.

    Also thank you for the comparison to Ashley, if I could have the success that A to B have had it would be far better than nothing.
