Today I’d like to take a moment of reflection, I think we all get so bogged down in the daily grind that we sometimes forget how lucky we are to have what we have. Today is the 11th November and although remembrance day is normally held on a Sunday I think it’s important to remember those service men and women who lost their lives fighting for freedom in the modern world. Whatever you think of the politics, this sacrifice should never be tarnished or forgotten.

So take the time out today and remember these amazing people. Thank You.
